WCA Words - Of Heights and Conquering Fears

Life begins at the end of your comfort zone

This sharing comes from one of our #WCALeaders, Haninah, who serves with our 'Beyond Awesome' program.  She spent some time reflecting on a #WCAHangout we held to build team spirit and have some fun together:  "I have always, always been thankful for them.  From me not knowing how to lead, they gave me the courage to lead.  From me being afraid to speak up, they have always been the one constantly listening. From 3/4 of us being afraid of heights, we jumped from the 2nd/3rd floor to the trampoline below which is a miracle (with all the resistance & waiting time)! What was heartwarming was seeing all of them encouraging me from below telling me I can do this. I'm thankful for that. And I'm thankful for the person on that day teaching us all the different moves. 😂(p.s: we did this when Dan and I were fasting, and it was a miracle how we survived, despite everything. 😉"
